Our mission is to institutionalise avant-garde fashion by offering visibility, structure, and long-term cultural recognition to a movement often excluded from traditional media.

Our platform was created to address a fundamental problem in the fashion industry: the disappearance of small, craft-based brands due to the lack of adapted infrastructures. Many avant-garde creators avoid mass marketing, rely on slow diffusion, and struggle to maintain visibility in a digital economy. L’ABBEYE offers a solution by providing ethical visibility, contextualised storytelling, and a non-mainstream media environment perfectly adapted to their identities. We help designers grow without compromising their artistic or philosophical integrity.
Long-Term Vision & Founders
L’ABBEYE’s long-term vision is to build the first global institution dedicated to avant-garde fashion. Our future development includes print publishing, competitions for emerging designers, podcasts, curated exhibitions, and physical spaces dedicated to immersive avant-garde experiences. We aim to create the first museum of avant-garde fashion, an international institute, an experiential hotel, and a department store exclusively dedicated to avant-garde culture and artisanal fashion.
Founded by Garry and Audrey, L’ABBEYE unites strategic vision, editorial expertise, and deep aesthetic sensitivity. Both founders share a long-standing connection to avant-garde fashion, craftsmanship, and cultural storytelling, making L’ABBEYE one of the most relevant and legitimate platforms in this niche.
